2023 Bellarmine 5k, the Run for Ryann 
October 21-28

All Bellarmine alumni, students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to join the Alumni Association for a week-long celebration of Bellarmine and honoring Ryann Tewell, Class of 2012. Complete the 5K anytime during Run for Ryann Week (October 21-October 28). The annual walk/run will take place virtually 鈥� whenever and wherever you choose! This year, we encourage you to not only run for Ryann, but also to run for those you love.

Registration

The entry fee is $10 per person and includes a $10 contribution to the Bellarmine Ryann Tewell Scholarship or a $20 family price, which includes a $20 contribution to the Ryann Tewell Scholarship. T-shirts are not included in this year's entry fee. 2023 Run for Ryann shirts can be purchased for $23.50 per shirt (tax included). The scholarship directly supports BU students.

About the Run for Ryann

The Bellarmine 5K, the Run for Ryann is an annual walk/run to support the Ryann Tewell Memorial Scholarship benefitting current Bellarmine students. The annual event is held in memory of Ryann Tewell, Bellarmine Class of 2012.

Ryann transferred to 农夫导航 her sophomore year and graduated magna cum laude in 2012 with degrees in economics and business administration. Ryann was a proud alumna along with the 18 other members of her family who call BU their alma mater. On a daily basis, Ryann demonstrated a tremendous work ethic, strong goal-orientation and an unwavering positive attitude. Ryann lived life modeling one of her favorite quotes from Maya Angelou 鈥� 鈥淧eople will forget what you said; people will forget what you did; but people will never forget how you made them feel.鈥� Ryann will be long remembered for her infectious laugh, quick wit, sense of humor, beautiful smile, friendly and welcoming demeanor and desire to always be the very best version of herself.
